George has done an outstanding job providing guidance for our organization. We needed to adjust our team quickly and he helped us identify areas to streamline our process, reorganize tasks and recognize areas of quick growth as we move forward. We are thinner (healthy weight now!), more agile, and everyone is more focused on their tasks. He has done a great job and next year will be our best yet!
